Repair of a urethral fistula following electrical burns using a gracilis muscle flap.

Abstract

An unusual example of electrical burns of the genitalia resulting in a urethral fistula is reported because of its clinical rarity. Reconstruction was carried out using a unilateral gracilis muscle flap.
