Abstract
Congenital absence of the long head of the biceps (LHB) tendon is a rare condition. The literature describes unilateral cases, associations with other congenital developmental anomalies, and associations with shoulder instability and SLAP tears. We present a case with bilateral absent LHB tendons and subacromial impingement pathology in a patient without a history of trauma or other congenital developmental abnormalities.Entities:
