Abstract
A 77-year-old caucasian man presented on March 2005 with important epigastric pain without any other significant history of gastritis. Patient refers a history of cutaneous Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) treated since 1974 with surgical excision or oncovorin topical injection. He underwent endoscopic evaluation showing a 1.5-cm ulcerated area at the gastric angulus, associated with edematous and erythematous nodular mucosa (Fig. 1).Entities:
