Medicare Payment Advisory Commission report to the Congress, March 2010.

The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission is required to report to Congress each March. A summary of the 2010 report is presented including payment policy recommendations for 10 payment systems and the Commission response to the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act. The status of Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans also are addressed.
