Abstract
We describe a 53-year-old man who presented with epigastralgia for 1 month. He had 3-year history of increased stool frequency and hypertension. An incidental adrenal mass 19 cm in largest diameter was discovered by computed tomography. Open tumor excision was performed. His symptoms of epigastralgia, hypertension, and chronic diarrhea had subsided after operation. He was tumor-free at 2-year follow-up.Entities:
