Abstract
A case is presented of a patient requiring percutaneous stenting of a ureteroenteric stricture. A hairpin bend between the strictured ureter and the ileal conduit was easily negotiated by reforming a Sidewinder loop within the contralateral ureter and withdrawing it until the tip entered the conduit. This technique does not appear to have been described before.Entities:
