Abstract
A novel sternum stabilization implant system is presented in a complex clinical case with previous pseudarthroses. The authors used the advanced closure system Sternal Talon of KLS Martin group and arranged 1 double and 2 single implants in an atypical fashion to fit the patient's needs. One year later follow up has not revealed any recurrence of pain or pseudarthrotic signs such as crepitation.Entities:
