Vagus nerve schwannoma in the middle mediastinum.

Intrathoracic neurogenic tumors are generally located in the posterior mediastinum. They usually arise from an intercostal nerve or a sympathetic chain. Tumors originating from the vagus nerve in the middle mediastinum are extremely rare.
