Abstract
Bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) is an adverse event known to occur after cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We present a case of a 47-year-old patient who was diagnosed with BOOP after treatment for metastatic rectal cancer with oxaliplatin/capecitabine/bevacizumab. Removal of oxaliplatin from the regimen and replacement with irinotecan resulted in a resolution of his pulmonary symptoms.Entities:
