Abstract

Unicuspid aortic valve is a rare pathology among congenital heart diseases that requires cardiac surgery and is often confused with bicuspid valve. Herein, we report a case of a unicommisural form of unicuspid aortic valve concomitant with aortic aneurysm and secundum type atrial septal defect. Copyright (c) 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
