Abstract

Labdadienedial and a series of C15,C16-functionalized derivatives were synthesized from commercial (+)-sclareolide and evaluated for their cytotoxic, antimycotic, and antiviral activities. Their precursors were similarly evaluated. 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
