Abstract
Monostotic fibrous dysplasia in the finger is rare. We are aware of only 4 cases, none of which involved the distal phalanx. We present a case of a 16-year-old boy with a fibrous dysplasia of the left long finger distal phalanx. Treatment consisted of curettage and bone grafting. Copyright 2010.
