Abstract
A patient with a history of chronic granulocytic leukemia presented with hip and pubic pain. Magnetic resonance study showed a mass infiltrating the obturator externus muscle, which was biopsied under CT guidance. Pathology of the mass was chloroma. Magnetic resonance can be extremely valuable in determining the etiology of hip and pubic pain in patients with a history of leukemia.Entities:
