Abstract
Masseter hypertrophy is an uncommon condition that can cause aesthetic and functional problems. Various treatment options were suggested by authors. We used surgical intraoral approaches in 5 patients, which consist of masseter muscle reduction and monocortical ostectomy in the angle of the mandible. Results showed good aesthetic results without any complication. We suggest the use of surgical treatment to gain optimal aesthetic results especially in a square face.Entities:
