Abstract
SUMMARY: We report the clinical and angiographic findings in a patient who presented with venous hypertensive encephalopathy secondary to a traumatic carotico-jugular fistula. Endovascular entrapment of the fistula by occluding the common carotid artery and internal jugular vein at the base of the skull resulted in near total improvement of the patient's neurological status.Entities:
