Abstract
A 50-year-old man, with a history of right lower lobectomy for pulmonary adenocystic carcinoma, presented with chronic flank pain due to a large mass in the right kidney. He also had bilateral pulmonary nodules and cardiac masses, indicating metastatic disease. Simultaneous metastatic involvement of the kidney and the heart from a rare pulmonary tumor made this case unique in the prevailing medical data.Entities:
