Abstract
A 79 year old female presents for evaluation of multiple episodes of witnessed syncope. Invasive electrophysiologic evaluation revealed evidence of both intrahissian Wenckebach and anisotropy. This is the first report documenting both phenomena in the same patient. The patient underwent a dual-chamber pacemaker implantation without complication.Entities:
