Abstract
Hybridisation of oligonucleotide micro- and nano-structures, formed using far- and near-field optical lithography, with Raman dye-labelled silver nanoparticles functionalised with complementary oligonucleotides yields striking contrast, attributed to Raman "hot-spot" formation, and enables rapid, convenient read-out by Raman microscopy.Entities:
