Abstract
We report the formation and characterisation of easily functionalisable mixed micelles with DNA/PEO corona and PPO core which can be loaded with hydrophobic molecules and stabilised by the formation of a cross-linked semi-interpenetrating network. Furthermore, the corona is functionalised by hybridisation either with dye-modified complementary DNA, with demonstrable distance control, or with DNA-labelled gold nanoparticles.Entities:
