Abstract
A B-BS process produces tens of observation checklists a week per any organization with about one hundred employees. Tens of observations checklist result in thousands of observed behaviors. In plants or construction sites with thousands of employees, observation checklists are many more, tens a day. Who leads a B-BS process needs to manage this enormous amount of data. The article describe theoretic principle which drove authors in programming a database and a software--customizables to any organization--for the management of B-BS data.Entities:
