Abstract
Elastofibromas are rare benign lesions that are most commonly found in the periscapular region. We describe a rare case of a 40-year-old woman presenting with right buttock radiating pain. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a homogeneously enhanced mass occupying the right neural foramen at the L4/5 level. The clinical and radiological presentation suggested a schwannoma. Pathology examination of the tissue indicated elastofibroma.Entities:
