Abstract
A 69-year-old man was found to have a right orbital soft-tissue mass on imaging as an incidental finding. Excisional biopsy revealed a well-circumscribed mass encasing the infraorbital nerve, consistent with Castleman's disease (CD) on histopathology. In the orbit, CD is extremely rare with few reported cases. We report this patient with localized intraorbital Castleman's disease.Entities:
