Abstract
Posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome is a rare complication of triple H therapy, which is the treatment for symptomatic vasospasm occurring following subarachnoid hemorrhage. This complication must be considered when neurological deterioration of a patient continues or worsens during triple H therapy.
