Variables were included in a binary logistic regression analysis.
One-step, binary logistic regression analysis demonstrated that clusters (OR: 9.7; 95% CI: 1.1–85; P = 0.039) and chills (OR 12; 95% CI: 1.8–83; P = 0.010) were two independent features of laboratory-confirmed influenza A.
Positive likelihood ratio (PLR) and Negative likelihood ratio (NLR) of selected symptoms and syndromes.
