Management of AIDS in a rural family practice.

Abstract

A case of a patient with AIDS illustrates the unique features and problems of caring for such a patient in a rural family practice. The issues and implications of care are discussed, and some recommendations are made for preparation of physicians, hospital staff, and communities.
