Charge-transfer processes in single CdSe/ZnS quantum dots with p-type NiO nanoparticles.

Xiangyang Wu1, Edwin K L Yeow.

Abstract

Charge-transfer processes in single QDs with p-type NiO nanoparticles result in fluorescence intensity and lifetime quenching, suppression of blinking behavior and enhancement of the dot's survival time.
