Abstract
Blunt chest trauma is a rare but known cause of acute coronary lesions. Commonly, the left anterior descending artery is involved which results in an anterior myocardial infarction, diagnosed within a variable time span of 24 hours to 6 months.We report on an unusual case of left main stem occlusion in a young adult patient presenting with evolving angina 5 years after an apparently minor chest trauma.Entities:
