Abstract
A single case of an adenocarcinoma, arising in a retroperitoneal enterogenous cyst and which presented as a left renal cyst, is reported. Review of literature showed a total of 13 other reported cases. The prognosis of such patients appears to correlate with the presence of regional lymph node metastasis and the resectability of the tumor.Entities:
