Case studies in modern molar endodontic access and directed dentin conservation.

David Clark1, John A Khademi.

Abstract

The following case studies provide insight into the integration of the principles set forward in the preceding article. Each case is evaluated first on the endorestorative principles that form the basis of the modern endo-endorestorative-prosthodontic continuum. Case 1 is provided by Dr Clark, and cases 2 to 6 are provided by Dr Khademi. Copyright 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
