What can we learn from an unnatural immune response?

Brandy Lee Bennett1, Photini Sinnis.

Abstract

In a recent review on CD8+ T-cell responses after malaria infection and immunization, Zavala and colleagues outline two decades of research and formulate the central unresolved questions in the field. Here we discuss some of these findings and highlight their importance to malaria vaccinology. Copyright 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
