Abstract
Supernumerary teeth are commonly reported in patients with cleft lip and palate. The presence of a complete duplicate quadrant of teeth, however, is very rare. A patient with orofacial-digital syndrome type IV (Mohr-Majewski) presented with a duplication of the mandibular primary dentition in the right quadrant. Presence of decay and poor oral hygiene dictated intervention and removal of the supernumery teeth. A case report is presented.Entities:
