Abstract
Masson's tumour (intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia) is a benign vascular tumour, which can present in a similar manner to a soft-tissue sarcoma. Rapid differentiation between these two differing pathologies is the most important part of the initial management of this problem. We report a case of Masson's tumour presenting in a 32-year-old woman as a painful lump around her elbow.Entities:
