Abstract
Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma is a rare, benign, usually asymptomatic fibrohistiocytic and vascular proliferation which occurs predominantly on the extremities of middle-aged women. Histology shows characteristic multinucleate cells and is indispensable for diagnosis. We present a 42-year-old man from Egypt who was diagnosed with multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma on the left cheek. As no malignant transformation has been reported, with the patient's agreement, no treatment was performed.Entities:
