Abstract
A 39-year-old female presented with abdominal distension. A right adnexal mass was found on physical examination, which was shown to be cystic on ultrasound. An exploratory laparotomy revealed a right ovarian mass, which was removed and a staging procedure was performed. Histologically, the mass was a borderline ovarian tumor with stromal microinvasion and hemangiomatous mural nodules.Entities:
