Abstract
In this report, we describe a very rare case of a congenital subaortic left ventricular aneurysm in an 80-year-old patient. Cardiac computed tomography imaging is a reliable and noninvasive tool for diagnosis and follow-up of subaortic aneurysms.Entities:
