Abstract
An unusual case of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP) in an infant is presented. Findings on magnetic resonance imaging, computerized tomography, ultrasound, and intravenous urography in our patient are contrasted with others reported in the literature. Absent were such commonly seen findings as nonfunctioning kidney, hydronephrosis, urinary calculi, and calcifications.Entities:
