Abstract
Two cases of unusual fronto-orbital fracture were encountered. In these cases, bone fragments containing orbital roof were detached from the wound in one piece. This injury was thought to occur by the application of tangential forces to the forehead. Laceration of the dura was noted, but there was no ocular or cerebral damage. This injury is thought to be characteristic in children. The mechanism of this injury is discussed.Entities:
