Abstract
We report two patients who presented in childhood with isolated growth hormone deficiency and in whom progressive loss of anterior function led to panhypopituitarism in early adult life. The need for continued follow-up and reassessment of pituitary function in adult life is stressed in the light of the natural history of these patients.Entities:
