Abstract

Crossed-fused renal ectopia is a rare congenital anomaly and nearly always associated with a normally placed ureteral orifice located within the contralateral trigone. We report a case of inverted L-shaped crossed-fused renal ectopia associated with inverted-Y ureteral duplication, ectopic ureter, and bicornuate uteruses, which occurred in a 15-year-old girl with urinary incontinence.
