Abstract
Transcatheter embolization using two microcatheters of different shapes was performed to treat a 34-mm-diameter aneurysm that was located near the origin of a splenic artery that originated from the superior mesenteric artery (SMA). The procedure resulted in complete packing of the aneurysm and preserving splenic arterial blood flow.Entities:
