Abstract
We report a 39-year-old woman with overlap syndrome of systemic sclerosis and dermatomyositis who died of congestive heart failure. The pathologic findings of the heart included contraction band necrosis and myocardial fibrosis. Unique was the finding of remarkable replacement of the right ventricle with fatty tissue.Entities:
