Abstract
A case of subacute occlusion of the left subclavian artery (LSA) manifesting as acute coronary syndrome and associated with coronary-subclavian steal syndrome (CSSS) in a 56-year-old man following coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is presented. Complex percutaneous angioplasty with stenting of the LSA and left vertebral artery were successfully performed. In this article, the clinical management of unstable post-CABG patients with occlusion of the subclavian artery is discussed.Entities:
