Abstract
A novel antibiotic, designated lydicamycin, was isolated from the fermentation broth of an actinomycete strain identified as Streptomyces lydicus. Lydicamycin was active against Gram-positive bacteria and a certain yeast, but inactive against Gram-negative bacteria.Entities:
