Abstract

A Brønsted acid-catalyzed reaction of alpha-substituted alpha-diazocarbonyl compounds bearing camphorsultam as a chiral auxiliary and N-alkoxycarbonyl imines was implemented as an unprecedented means to provide trisubstituted aziridines in a highly stereodefined manner.
