Abstract
The Zygomyces are an increasingly frequent cause of invasive mold infection in immunocompromised patients. Here we describe the first well-documented case of Rhizopus infection of odontogenic origin, which presented as a rapidly progressive soft tissue infection in a neutropenic child.
