Acute complicated and uncomplicated type III aortic dissection: an endovascular perspective.

Abstract

Type III aortic dissection is associated with high morbidity and mortality. There is a shifting paradigm in the treatment of complicated and uncomplicated acute type III aortic dissection toward earlier endovascular repair. In this review, the authors present the current perspective on the endovascular management of acute complicated and uncomplicated type III aortic dissection. Published by Elsevier Inc.
