Abstract
The association of congenital pouch colon with rectal atresia is quite rare with only 2 cases previously reported in literature. We describe the third such case and the second instance to survive. Although the prior survivor was managed by a single-stage procedure, we successfully managed our case by staged procedures. In this case report, we discuss the etiology and surgical options available for this rare condition.Entities:
