Abstract

Carbonyl ylide cycloaddition strategy was employed in the synthesis of platensimycin analogs. 7-Phenylplatensimycin and 11-methyl-7-phenylplatensimycin are more potent analogs of platensimycin. 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
