Management of chronic soft tissue pain.

Soft tissue pain is, by default, an entity of most of the other structures in the body besides bone. This includes muscle, fascia, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, synovium, fibrous capsules, organs, and nerves. Soft tissue pain is often overlooked because it is not as easy to diagnose as pain involving bony structures. However, soft tissue pain can be just as debilitating as pain from bony structures.
