Urethrovaginal fistula repair with Martius labial fat pad graft.

Abstract

Most urethrovaginal fistulas are iatrogenic and, like other urinary fistulas, significantly reduce the quality of the affected individual's life. The Martius labial fat pad graft facilitates the urologic care of these women.
